【 摘 要 】
Object and purpose of research. This paper discusses STVR-400K spiral-cable vibration isolators. The purpose of this work is to study their dynamic characteristics under nominal static load. Materials and methods. Vibration isolators were tested on a servohydraulic testing machine of JSC PO Sevmash, which is a part of dynamic testing facilities for vibration-isolating structures. The study followed the method of mechanical impedances measurements for vibration-isolating structures under static loads. Main results. The main result of the work is derivation of empirical formulas for frequency-dependent dynamic stiffness and natural frequency of STVR-400K vibration isolator at nominal static load. Conclusion. The empirical formulas suggested in this work enable the calculation of natural frequency and other dynamic characteristics for vibration-isolating fastener consisting of STVR-400K vibration isolators taking into account frequency dependence of their dynamic stiffness.
