【 摘 要 】

The article contains analysis of results of questionnaire of students about the educational process at the Department in the areas of: information technology; students attitudes to the subjects; the strategy of educational activity of students and teachers. The article justifies the method of obtaining feedback on the quality of the academic activities of the Department through the questioning of students, the capabilities and limitations of its application.
