Magazines like BusinessWeek and Time haveconfirmed “The Power of Us” as we collaborate in the Web2.0. However, current medical practice still relies onMedicine 1.0. The use of webbased collaborativeframeworks (“wiki’s”) combined with optimized output andsynchronisation for mobile devices can help us upgrading toMedicine 2.0. This serves as an aid for community-drivenclinical decision support systems increasing medical safety.NeuroWiki.com will be demonstrated as a useful concept inthis philosophy, and its technical background will bedescribed.
