【 摘 要 】

The entering Russia into the World Trade Organization (WTO) has led to the fact that Russia in the framework of the Customs Union Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan (Customs Union). Russia must to introduce a number of European requirements in technical regulations. These changes are necessary because under the terms of the Customs Union can not prohibit the sale of vehicle of the manufacturers which are part of the Customs Union. Sales of vehicles that do not respond to European requirements, it makes impossible for Russia to join the WTO.
