【 摘 要 】

In this period of financial crisis, theefficiency and profitability of the banking sectorreceived a strong blow and therefore, the bankingprudence is a constant concern to all entities thatcomprise the European banking system. Major role in Romania of National Bank ofRomania is to prevent systemic risk by promotingeffective banking supervision, in order to ensureachievement of stability for entirely banking system.
