【 摘 要 】

The aim of the article is to give a definition of “modernization of the aggregatefinancial potential of the country”, substantiate the directions and waysof the state policy on modernization of the aggregate financial potential ofUkraine. On the basis of the analysis, systematization and generalization ofapproaches to different kinds and types of modernization in the financial andeconomic sphere and its application to the constituents of the aggregatefinancial capacity of the country, it has been determined that the essenceof the modernization of the country’s aggregate financial potential is in itsrenewal due to the disclosure of its structure, functions and mechanismsof implementation aimed at ensuring stable development of the nationaleconomy. According to the study results there have been proposed governmentmeasures to modernize the aggregate financial potential of Ukraine,including a complex system for stabilization of the national economy. Themodernization paradigm implies an interconnected role of the system constituentsthat form the resource environment for ensuring the functioning ofthe national financial and economic sphere. Directions and ways of the statepolicy on modernization of the aggregate financial potential of Ukraine havea complex character both as a means of combating the existing financialand economic imbalances and from the standpoint of the requirements andexpectations of society and of each economic entity. Prospects for furtherresearch in this direction are measures of the state policy on the expandedreproduction of the aggregate financial potential of Ukraine
