【 摘 要 】

The article deals with several dilemmas regarding legal solutions of land readjustments as introduced by the new national Spatial Planning Act. The preparatory committee introduced land readjustment as a tool thatwould enhance the degree of population density and provide an improved spatial exploitation as well as facilitate the development and creation of new inhabited areas. If that will be the case, remains to beseen.
