【 摘 要 】

The active population is in three hypostases, occupied population, labor, populationabove the working age limit, i.e. retired people and the unemployed. An important category ispensioners. This is because, even if they receive a contributory pension, they have to get theirrights from the national budget, and thus they can also represent a state of financial impossibilityto meet. In the analysis of pensioners, the authors use a series of data, graphs, which theycompare and conclude that, at least in Romania, there are some difficulties that put pressure onthe status of pensioners. In the study, the authors referred to the evolution of the number ofretirees that is sufficiently high compared to the active labor force and, if other categories notinvolved in the workforce are taken into account, there is a greater difficulty for the populationare doing their job, and who through the results of their work have to secure funds, all that isneeded for an increased number of the population. The study of the social security pension andpensions in general is another element in correlation with the new pension law that must ensure aprecise and constant algorithm in this area that appears to be the most important for the third-agepopulation. European Union directives also refer to the fact that the third-generation populationhas to be further used, especially in areas where it is highly specialized and can deliver tangibleresults in certain areas of social and economic life. The analysis is carried out monthly, quarterly, and annually, taking into account the fact that the slightly decreasing workforce due to lowerpopulation continues reaching the legal age of being able to work and the number of pensionerswho are part of the higher contiguous which increase the number of pensioners in Romania. Thesituation is also specific because the natural movement of the population is also analyzed on astructural fund, discussing the pyramid of the ages, we can discuss about an elderly population inRomania.
