【 摘 要 】

Political and economic crises create a new unstable situation for regional development of the country. The region is the basic macroeconomic structure that influences the country’s prosperity. We suggest an effective method of regional development based on cluster structures and identify the main approaches for modeling of such structures analyzed and the optimal one.
