【 摘 要 】
Mexico’s trade relations with Korea and China show a significant deficit and it has been proposed to increase FDI in construction of public infrastructure, particularly in Special Economic Zones that will count with fiscal, financial and customs benefits.Economic relations between Korea and China have been increased considerably, and some scholars stated that Korea attempts to support economic prosperity in this relationship, but with increased stress in regional security that could distance of United States and Japan.The analysis of this text leads that it is unlikely that increased FDI will be sufficient to improve Mexico’s trade relationship with Korea and China. In addition, it is recognized that a closer approach to China and a distant from the us, is an extreme point of view which is not strategic option that guarantee Korea’s economic and diplomatic success.
