【 摘 要 】

The objective of this work is to provide a brief analysis of what our Ecuadorian Constitution defines and configures as justice while allowing a space for an open debate about indigenous law, which is currently a subject of controversy, and the alternate conflict resolution methods such as arbitration andmediation.
