【 摘 要 】
The aim of this study is to present the views of Imam-Hatip administrators about the problems experienced in high schools. In this research, interviewing techniques of qualitative research methods were employed. For this purpose, Imam-Hatip to administrators in high schools were asked 5 open ended, half-structured questions to determine their problems with the physical structure of the schools, the teachers, the students, the curriculum and the students' parents with the view of finding possible solutions to these problems. Responses of the administrators were coded by content analysis. Then themes were created and interpreted.At the end of the research; Administrators of Imam-Hatip schools stated physical conditions lacked enough number of classrooms, they do not have any gyms, Masjids for professional practice are inadequate and school gardens are insufficient. And as for teachers; there are not enough well qualified teachers in the newly opened Imam-Hatip schools. Therefore, some unqualified teachers or imams are teaching instead. And while current teachers do not innovate themselves, newly assigned teachers (who are not men) cannot find suitable places in practice areas of mosques. And finally, it is seen that newly assigned main course teachers at school do not have enough knowledge in their branches. And in respect of students; because of the difference in growth of Imam-Hatip High Schools and Secondary Schools, it is seen unsuitable to use the same building. Because of school uniform guidelines, students are affected negatively and they are also uninterested in lessons. At the same time students behave disrespectfully towards their teachers. These students are not academically proficient and calling "Alo 147" (which is a special line of Ministry of National Education) to complain about teachers is frequently reported. And as for students' parents; some of them expect too much from Imam-Hatip High Schools and some are indifferent to students. And when something negative about the school happens, parents just listen to words of students which affect them more than anything else. And in respect of education program; because of students receiving reports from doctors, mostmain course subjects which are taken at final year cannot be taught effectively. And finally it is noticed that Rhetoric and vocational practice lessons are not suitable for girls.
