【 摘 要 】
In this study, stems of crops, including straw of rice, stalk of corn and bagasse, were used as fermentation materials. The hydrolysis treatment effects of Aspergillus fumigatus, Trichoderma viride and Bacillus subtilis were compared via spectrophotometry. The results showed that the highest yield of ethanol was from bagasse with eventually volume fraction of ethanol in total was 6.285% volume fraction. The difference of yields between corn straw and rice straw was slightly, which were 6.200% and 6.195% respectively. Using 2% NaOH pretreating sugarcane bagasse, then using Aspergillus fumigatus to degradeat 28℃, 20-25 h fermentation of pretreated filtrate with defective yeast and Aspergillus fumigatus degradation solution, it can improve the degradation efficiency of the lignocellulose conversion.
