【 摘 要 】

The infrastructures of the countries reflect the development levels of the nations. Infrastructure affects the effective and efficient running of systems, profitability of sectors, level of service that is presented to public and generally quality of life of countries directly. Because of this, establishment of infrastructure has a direct relationship with the related country. Infrastructure consists of basic sectors as electricity, water, natural gas, communication, transportation and related elements of these. Thus it can be said that infrastructural variety and development level of infrastructure of countries have a direct relationship too. On this context, the role of transportation investments in terms of economic implications of a country is very important. At this point, it is necessary to make more detailed investigations.
