【 摘 要 】

In the field study, it was identified that handmade bricks and tiles were used insome of the houses in Borçka district of Artvin province. It was learned that theproduction of the bricks used in these structures was made in Ibrikli and Adagülvillages in Borçka, while the production of the tiles was made in the Opuca location inthe village of Ibrikli. In the field study, it was also learned that the production is notmade at the present time. The aim of the research is to find out about the old tile andbrick production sites, methods and history in the region.
