【 摘 要 】

This article discusses how to associate the teaching of the International Trade as a subject with the preparation of students for the labor market through activities of commercial intelligence. For this purpose, it presents a successful experience at undergraduate level that brings the teaching of International Trade to the development of a research project that supports the formulation of public policies focused on the promotion of trade of the State of Rio de Janeiro.
