【 摘 要 】

The author’s approach to evaluating appropriateness of interaction ofdomestic enterprises-subjects of foreign economic activity with foreignpartners taking into account balancing benefits and safety has beenpresented. To solve the problems set in the study, there were used meansof economic and mathematical simulation, namely, conceptual provisionsof the theory of games. Preconditions for simulating scenarios of interactionbetween contractors and evaluation of effects of this interaction have beendetermined. A dyadic game model, in which each player will only have twopure strategies, has been proposed, and possibility of using a three-playergame with development of a corresponding matrix of wins of each playerhas been considered. On the basis of the calculation of possible options ofinteraction between the major players possible options for this interactionhave been found and a questionnaire for expert evaluation of the matrixelements of each player’s decisions has been developed. There suggestedsolutions of the game by relevant matrices, where two Nash equilibriumsituations and 10 Pareto efficient situations are defined. The optimal solutionof the game for all participants in the interaction, which allows to achievea sufficient level of efficiency and safety of each player has been found
