【 摘 要 】
The article presents selected problems connected with the development of road innovations for national roads and motorways. The main aim of the research work was to analyze possibilities of application of reclaimed concrete obtained from the demolition waste from the existing roads to produce new layers of road pavements. The article presents selected test results which show the influence of the cement and emulsion binders contents on the strength parameters of the mineral-cement emulsion mixtures (MCE). Analysis of the standard MCE mixtures design process has been indicated. It has been suggested that new tests methods and criterions should be implemented to this process, when reclaimed concrete is used in mixtures. The application of reclaimed concrete in conventional MCE mixtures made it possible to achieve positive economic and environmental effects.
