【 摘 要 】

A model to generate continuos improvement projects in the context of the Mexican organizations with operational work teams is proposed theoretically and proven empirically of a partial way. The present study determines how six constructs: duration of the project, team meetings, team attendance, team age, quantity of the team members and the training of the team can mark the efficiency in the quantity of finished projects. This study was conducted in a nonrandom sample of 15 teams in a Mexican company with two plants in the region of the state of Nuevo León.
