【 摘 要 】

In work the special model of representation of knowledge of intellectual systems in the form of an indistinct dynamic semantic network allowing to organize planning of purposeful tool activity in dynamic problem environments is offered. Conditions of application of indistinct dynamic semantic networks for the description of regularities of various problem environments taking into account dynamics of the processes proceeding in them are defined.
