【 摘 要 】

From its foundation, CPY in accordance with the proclamation of its politics of people's right to self-determination, was supporting desires of the Albanian national minority in Kosovo and Metohia for autonomy. On the other hand, it tried hard to get Albanian population for its ideology, it supported the formation of CP of Albania, and tried to maintain the touch with it. During the war it had tried to mobilize the Albanian population in their ranks, where it did not have success since the Albanian population greeted the idea of Great Albania formation with enthusiasm. After the Second World War, in compliance with the politics of reconciliation, CPY tried to forget hostilities between Albanians and Serbs in Kosovo and Metohia. Communists were wrong to believe that with the creation of autonomous area the hostilities among nationalities in this area would cease. Concretely, relationship toward the Albanian national minority was seen through the prism of relationships between People's Republic of Albania and Federal People's Republic of Yugoslavia. Crisis which Yugoslavia faced after the Informbiro, and altered relationships in foreign politics, led to the review of the situation in Kosovo and Metohia. In that purpose the government requested the Report on the Albanian national minority in Kosovo and Metohia. The report was submitted by the president of the Albanian Executive Committee AKMA (Autonomous Kosovo-Metohian Area) Fadil Hoxha in 1948 upon the request of the People's Republic Serbia Government. Based on it, it is seen the condition from communist perspective in this area in post-war period until 1948 including the historic overview on the earlier time. This document was chosen to be prepared in order to contribute to the facilitation of research of Yugoslav- Albanian relationships in Kosovo and Metohia in post-war period.
