【 摘 要 】

The purpose of this article is to study the likely impact of the job training of employees on the performance of the company. The aim is to study the simultaneous effects of the job training on employee productivity and the competitiveness of the company. Using a bivariate probit model based on survey data collected from microfinance institutions from January to March 2017, the following results were obtained: (i) the job training has a positive and significant impact on the probability of increasing employee productivity and the competitiveness of the company. In fact, skill training increases the productivity of employees and the market shares by about 21%; (ii) when employee with bachelor degree attend the professional training, the probability that productivity and competivness increases simultaneously is about 83%; (iii) the simultaneous increase in productivity and competitiveness occurs only when the duration of the training is at least four (04) months.
