【 摘 要 】

This study is an investigation of fully-developedlaminar flow in a two-layer vertical channel; one part filledwith couple stress nanofluid and the other part with clearcouple stress fluid. The flow is examined for combinedheat and mass transfer using uniform wall temperatureand concentration boundary conditions. Optimal homotopyanalysis method (OHAM) is used to solve the nonlinearcoupled ordinary differential equations (ODEs) governingthe flow in each region. This method is based onthe homotopy analysis method (HAM)which is an effectivemethod to analytically approximate the solution of highlynonlinear problems. The influence of pertinent parametersis observed on velocity, temperature, and concentrationdistributions, specifically, the effect of Brownian parameteron couple stress fluid is mentioned.
