【 摘 要 】

The article tells about the basic mechanisms of inflammation, defines the scheme for rational care and symptomatic treatment of children with symptoms of pain and fever, antipyretic action of antipyretic analgesics. Optimal selection and rational use of antipyretic analgesics in pediatric practice is considered.
