Idiopathic Systemic Capillary Leak Syndrome is a potentially fatal disorder that is under diagnosed. It commonly presents as recurrent undifferentiated shock with hypotension, hypoalbuminemia and hemoconcentration. There are three distinct phases that define the syndrome; Prodromal, Extravasation and Recovery.Key Clinical Message
