【 摘 要 】

Injuries to the medial side of the knee have traditionally been treated conservatively with bracing and early motion, achieving satisfactory results in most patients.1 Recent research on the anatomy and biomechanics of the medial side of the knee, coupled with the more anatomical techniques of reconstruction, have led to an increased interest in the surgical treatment of these injuries. This article will discuss the current treatment options in isolated and combined medial side injuries, with a special focus on the indications and techniques of surgery.
