【 摘 要 】

All aspects of frozen shoulder have attracted controversy and debate, reflecting our lack of a detailed understanding of this disease. Hydrodilatation has emerged as a potential nonsurgical option in the management of frozen shoulder. However, its role has yet to be fully clarified. There are unanswered questions relating to its use in diabetic patients. The role of hydrodilatation compared with more established treatments for frozen shoulder remains undefined.
