【 摘 要 】

We are currently witnessing a real odd time in human history. Past few months had remained highly disturbing to the entire world. Outbreak of COVID-19 and its diverse consequences to the health care, economy and social order had been grossly devastating. Although the world had already seen too much of it, we fear that the worst is not yet over1 .
