The solvothermal synthesis of framework isomers was carried out using the hybrid carboxylate and tetrazolate functional ligand, 4-tetrazolyl benzenecarboxylic acid (H2TBC, TBC = 4-tetrazolyl benzenecarboxylate) and zinc.
