【 摘 要 】

Context:Thegeneralmessageoftheworldkidneydayisaconcertedknowledgeagainsttheillnessesthatleadtoend-stagekidneyfailure,throughbettereducation,improvedeconomicopportunity,increasingcommunityoutreachandaccesstoprotectivemedicineforindividualsatthehighestrisk.Thesemightendtheunacceptablerelationshipbetweenchronicrenalfailureanddisadvantagesinthesesocieties.EvidenceAcquisition:Annually,worldkidneydayremindsusthatrenaldiseaseisacommonharmfulcomplicationandinmanycasestreatable.Thetaskoftheworldkidneydayistodevelopconsciousnesssothateverybodycaresfortheirkidneysand,ifsuitable,checkandassessiftheyareatriskofrenaldisease.Preventionofrenaldisease,promptrecognition,andfollowingrenalprotectionprotocolsareseriousgoalsfortheworldkidneyday.Results:Asanannualglobalalertnessandeducationevent,the2013WorldKidneyDayfocusedonincreasedawarenessofacuterenalfailureamonghospitalstaffandphysiciansandthenecessityforapublicawarenesscampaigntoclarifythishazardoussituationandmake‘kidneyattack’recognizableforthecommunity,similartothatconductedbystrokeandheartattackcampaigns.Currently,acuterenalfailureisinefficientlydirectedinclinicaleducationandtraining,andmainlyignoredbypeople.Conclusions:Preventionofrenaldisease,promptrecognition,andfollowingrenalprotectionareseriousgoalsoftheworldkidneyday.
