【 摘 要 】

Background:Thedoubtinre-allocatingsomeofcurrentresourcesfromholdingcommunicationskillsworkshopstoothers,weconductedthisstudytoanswer:Whatandhowwerethecommunicationskillsofresidentsinmedicalfaculty?Wereanychangesneededtobedoneineducationalsystem?Objectives:Theaimofthisstudywastofindoutthat,whatandhowwerethecommunicationskillsofresidentsinmedicalfaculty?Wereanychangesneededtobedoneineducationalsystem?MaterialsandMethods:WedesignedoneOSCEstationwithastandardpatienttoevaluate53Internalmedicineresidents#039;communicationskillsin2010.Wehadvideotapingwithanundercovercaminsideamonkentorecordtheresidents#039;interviewwithSP,bywrittenpermissionofexamdirectors.Wecarefullyandrepeatedlyreviewedthevideotapes,analyzedtheresearchermadevalidatedquestionnaires#039;datausingSPSS.16.Wealsogavedetailedfeedbacktotheresidents.Results:ThemeanofResidents’totalscorewithanormaldistributionwas23.62±2.46.Independent-samplesT-test[sig.(2-tailed:0.441)]andTeststatisticsofKruskalWallistest(sig:0.314)indicatednone-significantdifferenceinresidents’totalscoreindifferentgenderandages.PostHoccomparisonsbyusingthemethodofTukeyHSDinOne-WayANOVAindicatedthateducationalimpactsofcommunicationskillsworkshopsarenotlastingforuptooneyear.Conclusions:Thisstudymakessuggestionstoaddressandovercomethestillexistingproblemofresidents’poorcommunicationskills.
