【 摘 要 】
Objective:Tuberculosisisanimportantinfectiousdiseasewhichcaninvolverespiratorysystemandotherorgans.Lymphnodesarecommonsitefortuberculosisinvolvement.ClinicalPresentationandIntervention:Wereporta30yearoldmalepatientwithadrainingsinusonneckandlymphadenopathiesintheinguinalregion.Hewasimprovedbyastandardmedicaltherapyafterbeingdocumentedwithasuggestivepatternfortuberculosisbylymphnodebiopsy.Conclusion:cervicalLymphadenopathyisapresentationoftuberculosis.ExtrapulmonarytuberculosisshouldberuledoutviaParaclinicstudies.Lymph-nodebiopsyishelpfulinthisera.
