【 摘 要 】

Background:oneofthemostimportantneonatalmorbidityduringlaborisPerinatalasphyxia.Hypoxiacausesreleasetroponinfromcardiacmuscles.Fetaldistressduringlabormaybedetectedbymonitoringthefetalheartrate.ElevatedlevelsoftroponinTincordbloodmaybeassociatedwithintrauterinehypoxiaAim:RelationsbetweenumbilicaltroponinTlevelsandfetaldistressMethod:Cordbloodsampleswerecollectedfrom80neonatesandanalyzed.Dataonbirthweight,sex,APGARscores,andmodeofdeliverywererecordedResults:atotalof80sampleswerecollected,40samplesfrominfantswithfetaldistressand40samplesfrominfantswithoutfetaldistress.Thegestationalageoftheseinfantsrangedfrom38to40weeksandbirthweightrangedfrom2.5to4kg.TherewasnorelationbetweenumbilicaltroponinTlevelsandmodeofdelivery.FetuseswithdistresshadsignificantlyhighercordtroponinTlevelsthancontrolgroup(26/42versus50/46μg/mlrespectively;p<0.01)Conclusions:TroponinTlevelsinthecordbloodareunaffectedbymodeofdelivery.InfantswithdistresshadsignificantlyhighercordcardiactroponinTlevels,suggestingthattroponinTmaybeausefulmarkerforearlydetectionofhypoxiainneonates
