【 摘 要 】

Background:WeconductedthisstudytoclarifytheprevalenceofthyroiddysfunctioninpatientswithSystemicLupusErythematosus(SLE)andcomparedittoamatchedhealthycontrolsgroup.Materialandmethods:Eighty-threeSLEand166matchedhealthycontrolsunderwentclinicalexaminationandlaboratoryevaluationforserumT3,T4,TSHandThyroidperoxidesantibody(TPOAB).Results:24.1%ofSLEpatientsand13.3%ofcontrolgrouphadthyroiddysfunction(pvalue=0.04).ClinicalthyroiddysfunctionwasseenneitherinSLEpatientsnorinthecontrolgroup.ElevatedTSHlevelswerethemostcommondysfunction(19.3%)oftheSLE,comparedwithcontrolgroup(5.4%).PositiveTPOantibodywasdetectedin16.9%ofSLEand16.3%ofthecontrolgroup.MeanlevelofTPOantibodywashigherinSLEpatientswiththyroiddysfunction(137.05)thanSLEpatientswithoutthedisorder(30.8)(pvalue=0.007).Conclusion:WeconcludedthyroiddysfunctionwasmorefrequentinSLEpatientsthaninhealthycontrols.Moreover,SLEpatientswithantiTPOweremorelikelytohavethyroiddysfunctionthanthecontrolgroup.
