【 摘 要 】

Hereinwedescribeararecaseofpleomorphicadenoma(benignmixedtumor)ofsubglotticareathatpresentedwithdyspneaandupperairwayobstruction.A20yearoldmanwasreferredtoourcenterwithdyspneaandrespiratorydistress.Tracheostomyperformedduetorespiratoryfailureandsubgloticstenosis,andthenthemassresectedbyCO2Laser.Thespecimensofthemassrevealeddistinctivefeaturesofpleomorphicadenoma.Basedonourpreviousknowledge,thisneoplasmhadnotbeenreportedinthisregion.
