【 摘 要 】

Anantibody-captureenzyme-linkedimmunosorbentassay(ELISA)basedonthereactionbetweenantihumanIgMandserumIgMandHSV-1conjugatedwithhorseradishperoxidase(HRP)wasdeveloped.ThespecificityandsensitivityofthedevelopedHSV-1IgMELISAwereevaluatedandcomparedwithacommerciallyavailabletestkitbyusingsetsofwelldefinedseraofknownHSV-1primaryinfection.Forvalidation,526serumsampleshavebeentested.TheHSV-1IgMELISAhadacceptablesensitivityandspecificity,whichwerecomparablewiththatofthecommercialtestkit.Bothassaysshowedsomecross-reactivitywithseracontaininganti-HSV-2antibodies
