【 摘 要 】

Ithasbeenshownthateducationalprogramsareeffectivetoimproveantihypertensivecompliance,butthereareafewstudiesaboutthissubjectindevelopingcountries.TheaimofthisstudywastoexaminetheeffectofeducationondrugcomplianceinhypertensivepatientsinIran.ForthisPurpose,150noncomplianthypertensivepatientsweretaughtthroughtwostages:firstdirecteducationalinterviewinclinicthatshowedthepatientshowtohandletheirproblemintakingdrugs.Thenallcasesdividedrandomlytofourgroupswhichreceivededucationthroughtelephoneconsult,telephoneconsultandeducationalbooklet,educationalbookletandoneducationrespectively.Compliancewasmeasuredbyastandardquestionnairebeforeandaftereducation.Nonparametrictest,analysisofcovarianceandchi-squaretestwereusedtoanalyzedata.P
