【 摘 要 】
Amethodformixedtwo-stagemodificationofmineralfibersonthebasisofnaturalbasaltsinvariousmediaisdeveloped.Suchprocessingallowsachievingasubstantialincreaseinsorptioncapacityofmaterials.ThenitrogenvaporadsorptionmethodandBETmodelareusedtodeterminethespecificsurfacearea,aswellastoassesstheporesizedistribution.Itisshownthatchemicalleachingcreatesadevelopedsystemofmesopores.HighsorptionactivityofsuperfinebasaltfiberadsorbentsagainstradioactiveaerosolsmakesitpossibletorecommendthemasstartingmaterialsforadsorptionfilterswhencreatingreliableemergencyairpurificationsystemsusedatNPPandotherenterpriseswithnuclearinstallations.
