【 摘 要 】

Formingamonolayerofmixednickelandgoldmixednanoparticlesthroughself-assemblyviasimplesolutionprocessingconstitutesanimportantsteptowardinexpensivenanoparticle-basedcarbonnanofibergrowth.Inthiswork,mixedgoldandnickelnanoparticleswereanchoredonthesiliconwaferusingself-assembledmonolayers(SAMs)asatemplate.SAMsof3-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane(MPTS-SAMs)wereformedonsiliconwafer,withtheexposedthiolfunctionalityprovidingligandexchangesitestoformthemixedmonolayerofnickelandgoldnanoparticlesviaatwo-stepsequentialsoakingapproach.Thedensitiesofthenickelandgoldnanoparticlesonthesurfacecanbevariedbyadjustingthesoakingsequence.
