【 摘 要 】
nbsp;nbsp;Inthispaper,methodcombinedvaportransportationwithin-situchemicalreactionisemployedtosynthesizeCu(TCNQ)nanowires.Thetypicaldiameterofnanowiresis50-500nmwithhighuniformity.Theelectricalswitchingcharacteristicsofsinglenanowireareobserved.TheON-OFFresistanceratioforswitchingreaches104.Theinvestigationrevealsalinearrelationshipbetweentheswitchingthresholdandthespacingbetweenthetwoelectrodes.Thetemporalresponseoftheswitchingprocessis30nsandtheswitchexhibitsgoodreproducibility.Thecollapseofthenanowireundertheconditionofcurrentsurgeisalsodiscussed.ItisbelievedthattheCu(TCNQ)nanowirecouldbepromisingforapplicationsinnanoelectronics.
