【 摘 要 】

ThepurposeofthisliteraturereviewistopresentalternativesforthetreatmentofClassIIImalocclusion.Forwhichasearchwasconductedofscientificarticlesandclinicalcasereportsofthismalocclusioninvariousmagazinesorthodonticandorthopedic.DeterminingthatshouldmakeproperskeletalanddentaldiagnosistodifferentiatebetweenclassIIImalocclusionsofskeletaloriginordentalorigin,andthusfocusthetreatmentplanaccordingtothepatient#39;sageandoriginofit.WhentheyareofdentalorigintherearealternativessuchasinclinedplanesofocclusionEschlerarcorarcsthatallowprotrusiontotraptheproblembeforeitdevelopsaskeletalmalocclusion,(1)(2)(5)(6)(7)(13).Asoriginofskeletaltreatmentisaimedatsolvingtheproblem,throughextraoraldevicesthatproducedifferentialgrowthofthemaxillaormandiblethatareresponsibleforthesedysplasias,(2)(8)(9)(10)(12)(13)(14)(19)(20).Inpatientswhohavecompletedgrowthhastwotreatmentalternatives,oneisthedentalcompensation(camouflage)byproclinedupperincisorsandlowerretroclinedeitherbydistalizationorextractionsinthelowerarch,(22)(23)(24)(25)(26);theotheralternativeisthecombinationoforthodonticsurgerywhenmaxillamandibulardiscrepancyislarge,(7)(28).
