【 摘 要 】

Patientwith13yearsand9monthsold,thereasonforvisit"dentalassessmentbymisalignedteeth";presentingbilateralClassIImolarandcanine,isaClassI,skeletalhypodivergent,withtheincreasedoverbite,andmoderatecrowding.Treatmentconsistedofthemaxillaryandmandibularcorrectioncrowding,increasedcorrectionoftheoverbite,andobtainingtheClassIcanineandmolarbilateral,alignment,leveling,stripping,detailedandretention.TheappliancesusedwasbracketsRothprescription0.22x0.28selfligation,6#39;sbands.Retentionheldbyupperandlowerraparoundand,retainerfixedupper3-3.Theactivetreatmenttimewas2years2months.
