【 摘 要 】

Applemosaicvirus,apathogenofstoneandpomefruitsandhazelnutworldwide,showsgreatvariabilityinitsbiological,serologicalandmolecularproperties.ThecoatproteinsequencesoffifteenApMVvariantsfromdifferenthazelnutvarietiesandthe‘GrannySmith’applevarietywereobtainedinTurkey.ThephylogeneticanalysesofthesequencesoftheTurkishisolatesandofadditionalsequencesofotherApMVvariantsfromtheNCBIdatabaseindicatestheexistenceofdifferentApMVgroupsintheworld.ThesequencesobtainedfromhazelnutrevealedslightlydifferentnucleicacidandaminoacidcompositioncomparedtothesequencesobtainedfromapplesinTurkeyandfromthedifferentlocationsintheworld.
