【 摘 要 】

LSDisendemicinAfricabutthroughthelastyearsdiseasebeginstospreadtotheothercountries.InTurkey,thediseasehasbeendetectedforthefirsttimein2013inEastMediterraneanProvinceandthencontinuedtospreadandcausedenormouseconomiclossesthroughtheotherregionsofcountry.Inthisstudy,weexaminedblood(n=1),skinnodules(n=2)fromthreecowssuspectedofLSDandconjunctivalswabsamples(n=1)fromcowwithconjunctivitisandcornealopasity(suspectedofMCF)thatwereadministeredtoourlaboratoryfromfourdifferentdairycattleherdsbetween2014to2015.ByperformingPCRandusingspecificprimersforviralattachmentproteinandasaresult,wehavedemonstratedthatallthementionedanimalsarepositive.Accordingtotheourdata,LSDcouldbeenseeninanimalswithdifferentclinicalconditionslocatedindifferentregionsofourcountry,andimmediatetransportationofLSDVsuspicioussamplestotheefficientlaboratoriesandcorrectdiagnosisofthediseaseisanimportantfactorforpreventionofspreading,control(likequarantine/vaccination)ofthediseaseandavoidingseriouseconomicallosses.
