【 摘 要 】

Inthisstudy,theeffectofcaffeicacidongrowthandsurvivalofYersiniaruckeriwasexaminedbyexposingthepathogento0,0.01,0.05,0.1,0.5and1%concentrationsofcaffeicacidsolutionfor24hours.Theactivitygrowthandsurvivalofbacteriacellsinexposedtoeachof0.5and1%concentrationswasfoundhigherthanthatincontrolsandthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(p<0.05).But,nodifferenceswerefoundinthesurvivalofY.ruckeribetweenthecontrolandotherexperimentalgroups(P>0.05).TheantibacterialeffectofcaffeicacidagainstY.ruckeriwasdemonstrated.Furtherinvestigationsarenecessarytostudytheinvivoeffectofthedrugandvalidatethebenefitofusingcaffeicacidinpreventinginfectioninfish.
