【 摘 要 】
Inthisstudy,theeffectsofelectromagneticwavesemittedbymobilephonesonDNAofbacteriaweresearched.Forthispurpose,theobtainedpureDNAswereexposedtoelectromagneticwavesemittedbymobilephone,andasamplewastakeneachhourandpreservedinthefridge.Bytheendof12hours,thesesamplesweretakenandsubjectedtoagarosegelelectrophoresisoperation.Priortotest,itwasobservedforcontrolthattheelectrophoresisimagesofDNAsamplesnotexposedtoelectromagneticradiationemittedbymobilephonesandgelimagesofDNAsamplesexposedtoelectromagneticradiationemittedbymobilephoneswerethesame,andwithintheframeoftestsperformed,itwasn’tdeterminedthattheelectromagneticradiationemittedbymobilephoneshavesignificanteffectsonDNA.
