【 摘 要 】

ThisstudyinvestigatedtheeffectsofbalanceddietswithsolventextractedsoybeanandmeatandbonemealonthelevelsofproteinandglycogeninmuscleandlivertissuesoftheNiletilapia(OreochromisniloticusL.)infectedwithVibrioanguillarum.Comparedtothecontroldiet(fishmealonly),dietswithsolventextractedsoybean(SBM)andmeatandbonemeal(MBM)significantlylowered(P<0.05)theproteinlevelsinlivertissues.However,glycogenlevelsinmuscleandlivertissueswerealsolowerinfishfedwithSBMandMBMdietsthanfishfedwithcontroldiet.WhenfishinfectedornotinfectedwithV.anguillarumcomparedwithinthesamedietgroups,theliverproteinlevelsweremeasuredsignificantlyhigher(P<0.05)onday1,day3andday5offollowinginjection.Glycogenlevelsbothinmuscleandlivertissueswerealsofoundtobesignificantlyhigher(P<0.05)ininfectedfishcomparedtocontrolfishduringtheexperiment.Consideringthelevelofincreaseofmetabolicreservesinmuscleandlivertissues,itmightbeconcludedfromthisexperimentthattheNiletilapiahasutilizedSBMdietbetterthanMBMdietunderstress.Furtherresearchconcentratingonhigheramountsofsolventextractedsoybeanandmeatandbonemeal,differentenvironmentalconditionsanddosesofinfectionwithV.anguillarumandimmuneresponseparametersincludingphysiologicalandcellularstressresponsesisneededinordertoidentifytheeffectsofdietaryplantandanimalproteinsourcesonoverallmobilizationofmetabolicreservesintheNiletilapiainfectedwithV.anguillarum.
