【 摘 要 】

Theaimofthisstudywastoestablishcadmiumandnickellevelsaccumulatedinwaterandsedimentofthelakeandtissues(muscle,liverandgill)ofEsoxluciusLinnaeus,1758livinginthelakeBüyükAkgöl.ThesampleswerecollectedfromfiveseasonalstationsduringAugust2009andApril2010.Thewaterhad0.045mg/LofCdand0.052mg/LofNiwhereassedimenthad12.2mg/kgofCdand41.5mg/kgofNi.Thefishmuscletissuehad12.03mg/kgofCdand22.2mg/kgofNi,whichwereabovethelimitvaluesdeterminedbytheFoodandAgricultureOrganization.DataobtainedasaresultofthesemeasurementsdemonstratethattheBüyükAkgölfaceswithpollutionandthefishhuntedinthelakebeingeatenposesadangerforpublichealth.
