【 摘 要 】

ThepresentstudyinvestigatedtheeffectsofethanolextractobtainedfromPunicagranatum(Pge)onthelongevityofDrosophilamelanogasterMeigen.TheeffectsofdifferentconcentrationsofPge(10.0;30.0;50.0and100.0mg/mL)wereadministeredseparatelytofemaleandmalepopulationsofD.melanogasterforthecontrolandPgegroups.Inallapplicationgroups,eachpopulation’slongevityincreased,dependingontheconcentrationofPge.ThesefindingsdemonstratethattheconstituentsofP.granatumhavegreatpotentialasasourcefornaturalhealthproductsforD.melanogastermanagement.
