【 摘 要 】
TheaimofthisstudywastodetectdiethylstilbestrolresidueinrawmeatsoldinBurdur.Inthestudy,atotalof120rawmeatsampleswereobtainedfromdifferentmarketsandslaughterhauseusedastestmaterials.Theresultsindicatedthatthediethylstilbestrolresiduewasnotdetectedinanyofthesamples.Inconclusion,sincepresenceofhormonesinrawmeatandmeatproductsisharmfulforconsumers,utilizationofanabolicagentsmustbestrictlycontrolledinTurkey
